Top 5: Fictional Problematic Favs

We love the troublemakers in practically everything we watch/read. Here’s some of our favourites. Don’t we all have at least one – who are yours?

You know what they say…

Stiles Stilinski is not only my problematic fave, he’s my fave… full stop. He’s so suspect of everyone in the show and the best part is he always ends up being right. Not to mention his best weapon and possibly only means of defense is sarcasm, so we relate on an intellectual level to be honest.

December 2017 | Monthly Favourites

December is done. 2018 is done. We share our Monthly Favourites for the month of December. What was your favourite movie this month?

Alia’s Picks

Song: I Wanna Get Better (Rac Mix) by The Bleachers

Book: The Thing Around Your Neck by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

I actually just picked this for my book club and I’m really loving it so far. It’s by the same girl who wrote We Should All Be Feminists, which I read last year and I thought it was an amazing read. I’ve read it a couple of times actually and I don’t typically re-read things. I’m hoping that this collection of short stories will have the same effect!

TV Show: Crazyhead (Netflix Original)

A friend of mine showed this to me over the summer and I love it. Imagine Supernatural except they’re girls, they’re British and everything is hilarious. Minus the whole demon thing. It only has six episodes so it’s super quick to watch, I totally recommend.

We thought it would be fun to share our 2017 Wrapped Spotify lists. Who have you listened to the most this year? What was your favourite album to come out?

Okay, there’s a good reason for why the Bleachers are my top three and it’s because their songs are too good. They’re perfect ‘zone out’ songs. Like, if I’m working on something, it could be posts for the blog, drawings or even studying, I Wanna Get Better is the best song to listen to. The lyrics are also really great and after I started listening to them, I noticed Spotify had a bunch of remixes as well, and I started listening to those as well. One of them I really liked, which is why the same song is on there twice.
