Andrew Cassara, Singer | The LIAs Interview

The LIAs interview Andrew Cassara. We ask him about songwriting, the Backstreet Boys and what he sees in his future.

I first met Andrew Cassara back in the day while interning with Jonathan Menga when we photographed some promo shots for his I Know EP.

During the shoot, Andrew was dripping with pop star potential and made the whole time really fun. We got to experiment with lots of fun looks too! It has been great seeing his growth since his single “That’s Some Crazy” got major Canadian radio play.  So naturally, we wanted to interview him.

Kimiko Miura, Cosplayer | The LIAs Interview

The LIAs interview cosplay lover Kimiko Miura. She shares some tips and we share some cosplay inspo!

Have you ever gone to a Halloween party, comic-con, geek market or the opening night of a Harry Potter movie (when they were still coming out, of course) and thought, “Wow. I am so underdressed.”

Yeah, that happens to me all the time.

But fear not because there are those amazing people who put in the time and effort to create beautiful (and seriously accurate) costumes! And one of them happens to be an Ottawa local, Kimiko Miura. When she’s not attending about a million geeky conventions in the Ottawa/Montreal/Toronto area she can be found: watching the latest animes, thinking about her next tattoo, and wondering, “What can I cosplay next?!”
